I saw this advertised in my Good Housekeeping magazine- mums planted inside a pumpkin so I got ambitious and did it! Doesn't it look nice?
I've got red, orange and yellow mums planed in pumpkins on our front porch While I hollowed out the pumpkins for my mums, Todd was busy inside sewing Lauren's halloween costume- can't tell you what it is but you can bet you'll see it posted on a future blog!

The pumpkin and mums are pretty. Can't wait to see the costume. Watch out Martha Stewart, here come the Knill's. Mom
Todd and I have 3 amazing kids various ages apart- each in their own wonderful phase. Busy- but not too busy. Our priority in life is to enjoy the simple pleasures. We're not extravagent or fancy- we're just simply ourselves in a natural state everyday. You'll see that as our blog reflects the day to day things that make us happy, that connect us to each other and connect us to our community of which we're so glad to be a part of. Every decision I make, and a value I work hard every day to instill in these children, is based on one question: "how can I make our world a better place today?" We have to work now to protect our world for our children, and our children's children. What you have done today?
